Proof of Hidden Immunity In Murray Trial

After attending the conrad Murray trial, being faced with immense sorrow and for the reasons contained herein, I wrote and filed a claim against those associated with the proceedings. The judge it seems was intent on debunking every option listed concerning the form I filed concerning waving of filing fees and allowed a bit of information to slip that was kept hidden from those of us who attended trial proceedings. What was this now hidden fact? As you can see if you proceed that fact was that numerous people associated with the Murray trial received immunity.

Please review to verify what I am saying.

Letter To U.S. Rep., Sheila Jackson Lee

MAY DAY, MAY DAY, MAY DAY!!!!!

MAY DAY, MAY DAY, MAY DAY!!!!!

May day is a term derived from the french word venez m’aider and means come help me. I am crying out for help for one whom you loved, that news reports stated two years ago was murdered by Dr. Conrad Murray, where criminal charges concerning the incident were set as accidental manslaughter and the trial has been postponed repetitively.

I am crying out to those who believe that Michael Jackson’s life was carelessly taken by a calous man who indulged in frivilous acts with questionable women and deviated his  attention from his patient Mr. Michael Joe Jackson into a phone call. One who delayed in calling paramedics and getting medical attention on the morning of June 25th 2009.

I am crying to those who believe Michael was murdered in efforts of conspiracy by those of the many who conspired to hurt, harm, endanger, pilfir, imprison and take his life at the hands of one guised as his care taker by the name of Dr. Conrad Murray.

I am crying to those who believe that Michael Jackson is still alive and that God somehow miraculously spared his life amidst the plots and plans of those with evil intentions against him.

I’m crying out to you, to those who love him! Please answer the call!!!!!!!!!!

I have so many things I want and need to say, which I know I haven’t time to type at this moment nor permission by the Holy Spirit to speak to you at this time, but I am speaking out to let you know that Michael, truth and justice needs your aid.

I am certain many are aware that Conrad Murray’s trial has been delayed. Please DO NOT take this matter lightly!!!!! I have written and warned of this in my previous blogs and believe there is so much more behind this that meets the eye. I need you to see this. To hear me and to believe what I am saying. There are people who want to bury the truth forever and I need you to help me prevent that from happening!

I will be as God guides share so much more with you but please I am literally pleading with you from the depths of my heart, please listen and take heed to what I have to say in the coming days and prepare for protest.

Sincerely,

Sharon B. Sidney

The World's Greatest Fans

The World’s Greatest Fans

As the days close in on the trial of Dr. Conrad Murray in the involuntary manslaughter charges many speculations swirl about as to whether or not the Dr. is actually to blame, if his actions were premeditated, if he was the “fall guy” for the efforts of someone else or if Michael Jackson is possibly still alive. Though the rumors of what happened  and how Jackson’s fate played out while in Murray’s hands abound one thing is continuous and that is the concern and devotion of those who have been dubbed “the world’s greatest fans” by the King of Pop  icon himself.

If you were to review the many posts on various fan sites you would see Jackson’s supporters expressing great sorrow in the absence of Michael Jackson. Many attest that their lives have been “changed” and that their joy has been taken away from them.  In these posts you would read hundreds of individuals speaking of Jackson so intimately you’d think they had an active role in his life yet many never met him. The fact that they never met him didn’t diminish the impact he had in their lives. Some of Jackson’s fans will be so open as to express their belief that he played a vital role to their survival of abuse, trying circumstances and in my recollection I even recall one fan’s  account of how when trapped in a burning building it was  Jackson’s voice that motivated her to find her way out and escape the blaze that was sure to consume her life. Stories of love such as these are not few; in fact they tower above those you could find in contrast that would depict Jackson as less than human and attempt to vilify him by slandering his name with insinuations and allegations that have shown themselves to be unfounded. Those who disseminate such hate do not care what the facts are but for some reason or another they have determined they don’t like Michael Jackson and will ignore the facts that prove his innocence and lead to revelations that he is a great, caring, compassionate and giving individual.

Jackson’s fans are vigilant in all things Jackson so if you asked many of them questions concerning song lyrics, album titles and his performances they would likely know the answer but their quest in knowledge of the megastar does not stop there, you see Michael Jackson’s fans are likely as diverse as the stars in heaven and their intelligence and occupations range accordingly so you can trust that they’ll be on top of the more complex issues involving investigations, allegations and business ventures as well. The Conrad Murray trial is a prime example of Jackson’s fans never ending objection to show their love and search for truth. Though many opt to conduct their pursuits from their home computers you will find a network of thoroughly competent individuals sharing insight and information perhaps even putting the officials assigned to the case to shame. They explore the history of individuals in Jackson’s camp, court documents and testimony and verify or disprove information that the media transmits. A hub if you will of the most devoted investigators you’ll ever find. The most thorough of these you’ll likely never notice as they quietly sift through insurmountable pieces of information and share their reviews with other investigators, collect others thoughts and material then continue their quest for truth. What is this truth they search for? For some it is to prove whether  Murray premeditated the murder of Jackson. Others want to know if a slew of individuals plotted to take his life and Murray was the “fall guy. Then there is the pursuit of knowing if Michael Jackson somehow survived an attempt of someone  taking his life and faked his death to protect himself and his family.
With the possibilities being so broad how is it that truth can be known or even spotted?  Is the answer hidden amidst all of the information right before our eyes? Are Jackson’s fans on the verge of knowing what actually occurred in the life of Michael Jackson that caused him to no longer be amongst us? I believe even as evidence of God abounds in nature the answers are all around us. Though one seeks and finds truth or another stumbles upon it, they both have attained equally and it is that knowledge that is to be desired. It is that knowledge that Michael Jackson’s fans search for and though it may appear to be hidden I come to know the truth surrounds us and the “world’s greatest entertainer’s” love was never overshadowed or unequalled by the” world’s greatest fans.”

They’re Not Ready

On Feb. 15th it turns out proposed new counsel for the defense of accused murderer Conrad Murray, previously worked with a law firm that had defended Michael Jackson. A rep from the law firm of Geragos and Geragos arrived at the court to inform judge Pastor that there could be a conflict of interest if Nareg Gourjian was to operate on counsel of the defense since he had previously worked at their law firm and stated he felt it was their duty to inform the court.

The defense claimed they did not see the conflict and Gourjian stated he was not involved with the Jackson case, that he was a new lawyer at the time and did very little for the case. The prosecution stated they did not know about Gourjian’s prior representation. Upon hearing counsels opinions judge Pastor decided it best to hear from both Jackson’s estate and his previous counsel Mark Geragos before making a ruling on whether or not he will allow Gourjian to serve on defense counsel. He stated that he wanted to be fair and allow Jackson’s estate to express concern or lack thereof regarding the attorney and will request estate rep. Howard Weitzman and former attorney Mark Geragos to appear at next hearing which will be held on the 24th of Feb. at 1:00 p.m.

Judge Pastor informed the court that the defense turned in questions and some discovery just before he took the stand. The people had not filed their questions at the time of hearing.

The people informed the court they still had not received any discovery or statements provided from the defense. The defense claimed that they had absolutely no discovery to turn over to the prosecution, only work product. Defense attorney Chernoff stated that he would make requests for statements given and present them by the 28th.

The prosecution stated the defenses lack of presenting discovery was gamesmanship and was putting the people at a disadvantage asserting that they wanted fair process for discovery so the people can have their right to a fair trial.

Judge Pastor informed both sides of counsel that he wants to go to trial on the 24th and that the law requires it be provided within 30 days before trial and that he defense is conducting ongoing discovery. Judge Pastor said he was not going to wait thirty days before trial but that defense should provide information as soon as they receive discovery.

Defense attorney Chernoff later addressed a need for judge Pastor to sign an order allowing them to receive fingerprints from SID. The prosecution opposed the suggestion and requested the judge allow them to obtain the prints then give them to the defense stating they have done so with every other document having them watermarked and date stamped asking judge Pastor for all to come through them.

Chernoff stated the evidence belongs to defense and prosecution and all has been covered with watermarks and date stamps making it where they can’t see what’s going on and the fingerprints unidentifiable. He further stated there was one print that nobody has identified. Judge Pastor signed the order directing results to be issued to both the prosecution and defense.

Judge Pastor inquired of the prosecution if he would be opposed to having attorney Grissold to conduct proceedings in his stead while he is out of town for the week of the next hearing and was informed no, however when the prosecution realized that dates could be placed on calendar during his absence he expressed his concern which judge Pastor alleviated stating that he would allow Attorney Grissold to contact him before court recess to seek his approval of dates.

It seems the trial is getting closer and closer yet with discovery not being turned in, fingerprints still being conducted and lead prosecution leaving the state in the midst of it all it is becoming more and more apparent that to answer the previous question posed here “IS Anyone Ready?” that neither side of counsel is ready for trial.

By God’s Holy Spirit

As many look to legal aspects while presuming the guilt, innocence, incompetence or accidental conduct by Conrad Murray perhaps it’s time to reflection what state Michael Jackson was in when he prepared for fifty concert shows in London.

I went to the library to search out regulations and standards of law in regards to an array of questions that swirled through my mind concerning the Conrad Murray trial. As I sorted through selections of law books in the same section I came upon some pertaining to drug use, which ironically one caught my attention holding the title of Tranquilizer, Barbiturate and Downer Drug Dangers. This particular book was constructed of information concerning what is commonly knows as “uppers and downers.” It opened reviewing the life and demise of Judy Garland infamous for her role as Dorothy in the Wizard of Oz. To my surprise it seemed almost parallel to the tragedy that overtook Michael Jackson. Garland a child mega star who was catapulted to the heights of stardom at a young life and continued to deliver to the ever thirsty demands of Hollywood throughout. It discusses how “studio Drs.” gave her pills as her hectic schedule began to wear her down.

The book states how they gave Garland “uppers” to give her energy for filming and to keep her weight down which left her so high she could not sleep at night. They then gave her “downers” to cause her to sleep. The most disturbing portion of this to me was that she was said to have told people her drug troubles began when she was about 14 and that “she even thought the studio might have tried to hide drugs in her food so that she would not know how much she was taking.” This was during a time they claimed not to know the pills could be addictive or dangerous. Is this eerily similar to what happened to Jackson?

Reports say that Jackson died from an acute overdose of propofol, a sedative he was given after being unable to sleep for many hours after having taken many other pills to aid in sleep. Michael Jackson had become a chronic insomniac in which he’d received many prescription medications in efforts of helping him to sleep being so desperate eventually taking propofol. Before June 25th his already fragile weight had drastically declined perhaps due to excessive rehearsal or perhaps to the medications he was being given such as Garland and many other Hollywood celebrities who are no longer with us.

Michael Jackson’s fans get enraged as people assert that he was a “drug addict” but a list of ailments show the cultural icon was in need of an array of medications. Jackson himself was opposed and fearful of becoming an addict and often resisted suggestions of taking prescriptive medications due to a very good understanding of the perils his predecessors faced.
The book “Tranquilizer, Barbiturate and Downer Drug Dangers” informs readers of the differences between drug users, abusers, those who become dependant and those who become addicts. It specifies that drug addicts are those who become addicted to drugs and their focus is on their next hit. A distinct contrast is those who become dependant and in need of certain drug medications given them to function as they normally would do becoming dependant on them not only to help their ailment but also to function as they normally would have. A drug user was defined as anyone taking a drug for an ailment and an abuser as one who did not need the drug for medical reasons but chose to take for other affects. Jackson it seems suffered from chronic insomnia and though he may have become dependant on the sleep aids it seems he was not an addict due to his history of seeking escape from the use of medications.

It is speculated that as Garland had become dependant on sleep aids she had also developed a tolerance requiring her to continually up the dosage in order for the drugs effects to work. It appears this could also have been the case with Jackson, that he developed both a dependency and a tolerance for sleep medications and after many attempts of upping dosages he eventually resorted to propofol. Many assume that Garland did not commit suicide but overdosed. That while in efforts of obtaining sleep she took more pills since her body had developed a tolerance and needed greater dosages to present results since though her body required more pills to sleep, the amount for sudden death remained the same and no one was there to help her.

Was Conrad Murray like the “studio Drs.” who issued “uppers” and “downers” to Garland? His defense is that he was trying to help Jackson and nothing he gave him should have caused his death.

Questions swirl through my mind like Garland’s character Dorothy’s cyclone trip took her away from Kansas. I wonder who was caring for Michael Jackson, what took place that fateful night, if more people than Murray are responsible for his not being here and if so, how far do their tentacles reach. I have even wondered if investigators involved in the case are covering up facts and to what length would these officials go to prevent others from being aware of their involvement. From Murray to the D.A. it seems my mind races with thoughts of corruption.

I along with many of Jackson’s fans and supporters wonder why this man was charged with involuntary manslaughter, having never been cuffed and was almost instantaneously released when officials allowed him to turn himself in at the airport court house being released on very little or before any bail had been paid. I wonder why it seems official reports have been redacted during preliminary hearings perhaps aiding in Murray’s defense. I also wonder why was jury selection for Murray’s trial originally set beyond a date that was sufficient to law for a speedy trial then changed to an earlier date. Having read through law books I also wonder why is it that the judicial history for jurors have been 6 at the least requiring a totally unanimous vote and 23 at the most, yet judge Pastor has said he’s planning what he calls a 27 pack of jurors. How hard will it be to have 27 people come to verdict and how easy would it be to have a hung jury? Are the courts stacked in favor of Murray and if so is that because they did not care about the life of Michael Jackson? A worse thought is that there could be a payoff streaming straight through the system “cause like Dorothy it seems I’m not in California anymore and nothing is as it seems.

We’ve all seen movies no doubt with corrupt judges, attorneys, district attorneys and or detectives; could this be the case here? Though in my personal opinion judge Pastor comes across as the nicest judge I’ve watched in a courtroom I still feel something is going on and can only seek God on what to believe and say.

I’m searching for truth and determined to find it. I don’t have Dorothy’s companions at my side nor am I seeking an empty handed wizard for answers, but countless Jackson fans and supporters from all walks of life are in these efforts with me conducting research and giving ourselves to prayer . We wont rest until we know the truth and find justice having the one and only true living God at our side. We will find truth by God’s Holy Spirit.

Is Anyone Ready?

Feb 7th was suppose to have been an evidentiary hearing for the Conrad Murray trial however neither the prosecution nor defense was prepared with any evidence. Also, at the opening of the evidentiary hearing judge Pastor rescheduled the calendar date for trial proceedings to begin from the 28th of March to the 24th of March .

Mr. Chernoff, Murray’s attorney told judge Pastor that his team did not know what the prosecution was going to present stating they had over fifty witnesses, saying that was a “phantom” and they were in need of “a real witness list” and wanted more specifics and not just a resuscitation of every person the police spoke to. Chernoff said the defense is working on their witness list and experts but it’s hard to frame a list without knowing what they are facing. The prosecution countered by saying they’d presented 72 CD’s, DVD’s and 8000 pages asserting the defense should know, whereas the prosecution claimed to have received “nothing” from the defense. Mr. Chernoff seemed to be on edge as he was rocking in his chair at this point wiping his face and looking stressed. Judge Pastor asked if defense wanted to be heard and Chernoff said no.

Judge Pastor went on to permit cameras into the courtroom as requested by the media with some restrictions. He had no opposition from either side of counsel save defense request per it not be on jury selection. Pastor stated he wanted the most unobtrusive filming to be conducted and referenced some of the hidden cameras on other floors within the building.

Judge Pastor is expecting to screen 100-120 jurors a day based on hardship, willingness and ability to serve. It seems jurors will be given a questionnaire from the court to fill out while in the building and answers can then be swiftly reviewed by attorneys. The prosecution and defense should then be allowed to ask potential jurors ten questions each to aide them in making their selections.

Since no evidence was given on the 7th the judge directed the prosecution to present their evidence to the defense by Friday, Feb. 11th and the defense by Tuesday, Feb. 15th by 1:30 p.m. which is the date for the next calendar hearing.
Judge Pastor informed counsel that he did not want any surprises and there was some dispute as to a cut off time when defense can present evidence. Judge Pastor had originally given Chernoff 30 days before trial to present evidence in which Chernoff had agreed to comply but due to the trial date having moved closer Pastor inquired on having their next hearing on the 23rd. The prosecution informed Judge Pastor he’d be gone that whole week whereas Chernoff reiterated he would follow court orders but not based on prosecution's schedule. Pastor stated they should look to the 15th for at least some of the discover and that he wanted to do something on or about the 30th day which would be the absolute last day of discovery.

Before the day ended Chernoff requested a sidebar whereas judge Pastor informed him they were still on record and allowed sidebar to proceed. Before recessing judge Pastor sternly informed counsel the case would be tried on evidence in the courtroom not on interviews in the hallways or blog posts however he did not elaborate on what he meant by such an obscure statement.

Rather than the evidentiary hearing producing evidence by either party it seems it simply left it evident that perhaps neither party is ready.
